It was designed to give you the ability to manage your music needs, regardless if it is a one time event or if you are in the business of juggling mulitple projects, markets and target audiences. Warner Special Products' online e-Licensing system was designed for YOU, the professional, regardless of how complex your needs are. Welcome! | STUDENT FILMS AND FILM FESTIVAL REQUESTS: WSP accepts requests for use of our masters in unique situations such as student films and film festivals. Please see our “SPECIAL USE REQUESTS” page for instructions on how to submit your request. Note that if and when you are granted a special use license, there are many conditions that apply to this limited license. One of the things you’ll be responsible for is clearing the publishing rights for the song and paying for any public performance licenses and/or union fees associated with the use. You’ll also need to clear any samples that may appear in the recording. Once you have been granted a special use license, please read it over carefully as it outlines the limitation of rights granted. Please note that, if, in the future, you need rights beyond what is granted to you in your special use license (such as the right to show your work on cable, or in a theatrical capacity), you will need to approach WSP with a separate request for those rights. Just because you were given approval for your special use situation, it does not imply that you will be granted approval for the additional rights you request. Each request is handled on a case by case basis | | | | To get started or if you need more information follow the links below: | | | | | | | | |
